Aluminum Distributor Assembly is made of aluminum alloy 6061-T6 and copper tube C12200. we adopt butt-welding technology to connect the aluminum distributor and copper tube bending. it is mainly applying to refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment like finned coil and plate evaporator.
we could combine distributors together with pipes in special shape by the butt-welding process to make the equipment assembling process be convenient.
6.9mm above welded fusion area point, leak test by helium detection, no worry about any risk of leakage in your final products.
